1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.mareapearl.ch by customers residing in Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the cart. An automatic confirmation e-mail is sent upon order receipt. The contract is only concluded once we explicitly accept the order or dispatch the goods.
 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Ly's Boutique by Marea Pearl reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website at the time of the order shall apply.
Conditions for promotions and discounts can be found in the respective product or offer description.

Accepted payment methods:
– Prepayment (bank transfer)
– Twint
– Credit card
– Other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available within Switzerland only.
Shipping costs are included separately during the checkout process.
Usual delivery time is 2–5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Ly's Boutique by Marea Pearl is not liable for shipping delays caused by Swiss Post or third parties.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Ly's Boutique by Marea Pearl until full payment has been received.
 

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
In case of manufacturing defects or damaged items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will seek an appropriate solution (e.g. exchange or credit).

8. Warranty and Liability

Ly's Boutique by Marea Pearl is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
Jurisdiction is at the registered office of Ly's Boutique by Marea Pearl, unless another jurisdiction is mandatory by law.
